COA chief loses Toyota Fortuner to carjacker!

The present dispensation has destroyed the residential character of our neighborhood, forcibly opened our gates to horrendous outsider traffic and exposed residents to criminal elements, and illegally constructed government facilities using government funds on a private property (Aguirre Park), including a covered tennis court and garbage disposal from nearby wet market.
The commercialization of the subdivision, we are told, is progress, and instead of tossing the blame to the local government for the destruction of the residential character of the subdivision, residents should be “grateful.”
Commission on Audit (COA) chairman Reynaldo Villar is “grateful” to be alive after his Fortuner car was carjacked in broad daylight in front of Contis at the corner of Aguirre and President’s Avenues:

A lone carjacker seized at gunpoint Commission on Audit (COA) chairman Reynaldo Villar’s Toyota Fortuner at BF Homes, Parañaque Tuesday morning.
In a phone interview, Villar said he had just boarded his Toyota Fortuner (ZRV 927) parked in front of Conti's Pastry Shop & Restaurant when an armed man suddenly boarded the vehicle on the passenger side.
Villar said the man pointed a caliber .45 pistol at him and ordered him off the vehicle. He said the incident happened at around 11 a.m.
The COA chief has yet to provide further details, saying that he was traumatized by the incident.
He said he had already passed the case investigation to the Parañaque Police Station 5. – With a report from Jeff Canoy, ABS-CBN News.
The commercial area in Phase I has been converted into one big parking area with the “pito” boys, displaying the charms of modern Mafioso’s, licensed to collect “parking fees.” Not far behind are the security guards of the commercial establishments collecting tips for illegal parking.
Aguirre and President’s Avenues and Elizalde Street in the commercial district in Phase I are no on-street parking areas. Yet, despite repeated written appeals for enforcement, the local authorities remain deaf. The commercial establishments continue with impunity to appropriate the roads and sidewalks for parking, double parking and sometimes triple parking, making going and coming home difficult and hazardous for residents.
Where are the promised security officers and traffic enforcers? What do we residents have to do to have our traffic regulations enforced?
