Do We Have To Wait Until It Is

Our Child Who Is Murdered?!?

Richard Capili, a 19-year-old nursing student, was cold-bloodedly beaten, stabbed and shot dead by three men who also took the van he was driving. The incident took place inside the subdivision, in front of the LBC Landco Center Mall on Gil Puyat Street corner President’s Avenue, at around 6:30 p.m. last Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006.

On February 15, 2006, the Police had announced the simultaneous apprehension of the culprits and the recovery of the carjacked vehicle. Elated as the whole BF homes communities are in the quick resolution of the incident, this is just one of the many crimes being perpetrated by criminals let loose by Mayor Jun Bernabe when he opened our gates to the general public. These criminals are now roaming free in and out of BF homes to commit murder, armed robbery, “akyat-bahay,” carjacking, carnapping and snatching. Even our PCJ church parishioners within the confine of the church premises were not spared by the brutality of crime.

LET’S TAKE BACK OUR COMMUNITY FROM THE HANDS OF CRIMINALS!

On Sunday, February 19, 2006, a day we call BLACK SUNDAY, BF HOMEOWNERS will stage a massive INDIGNATION RALLY to support the Capili family’s quest for justice for their beloved Richard and other victims of crime inside the subdivision. The rally will start at the corner of El Grande and Aguirre Streets at 1:00 P.M. LET US ALL WEAR BLACK.

We deplore the inability and inadequacy of the Parañaque City government to provide us with security after Mayor Jun Bernabe opened our gates against our collective will.

THE RALLY WILL ALSO SIGNAL THE START OF OUR COLLECTIVE BATTLE TO BRING BACK PEACE & SECURITY INSIDE BF HOMES!

The next victim could be you or your love ones. Let’s do it.
